• Ask TRY US Health Care Services Supervisors questions for clarification regarding compliance on any particular
  policies, practices, or procedures.
• Contact the TRY US Health Care Services Corporate Compliance Officer at the Corporate Offices if there are any
  concerns regarding the appropriateness of your actions or actions of another employee by calling 1-800-910-1194.
• Help prevent and detect any breaches of compliance rules by TRY US Health Care Services Employees that could make
  the Company criminally liable and / or damage the Company’s business partnerships, financial standing, and reputation.
