At TRY US Health Care Services, we believe there is nothing more important than contributing to and
optimizing the growth and development of our children. To that end, we work closely with you and support
agencies to offer the most comprehensive Early Intervention Services available to children and parents.

We know the early years - from birth to around three years of age - are the most significant and critical to
child development. Early Intervention Services help parents and families address the challenges associated
with health-related and developmental needs of children.

TRY US Health Care Services coordinates Early Intervention Services for children who have delays and
disabilities in physical areas (gross motor, fine motor, and sensory – vision and hearing); cognition and
communication; and adaptive, social, and emotional areas.

Children, eligible for Early Intervention Services, are diagnosed with physical or mental conditions that have
a high probability of resulting in developmental delay. In New Jersey, some of those diagnosed conditions
include:

• Down Syndrome
• Fetal Alcohol Syndrome
• Hearing / Vision Impairment
• Autism / PDD

• Spina Bifida
• Cerebral Palsy
• And Others
